No! LocLd operates on a pay-per-sale model, meaning you only pay a small commission when you make a sale. No hidden fees!
New monthly “SUBSCRIPTIONS” are now available for lower LocLd commission rates and vendor perks.
New Business Analytics Services are now available “HERE” to help small businesses grow. Upgrade or downgrade any package at anytime.
4. How do I list my products?
• Log into your vendor dashboard.
• Click “Add New Product”, upload images, write a description, and set pricing.
• Choose shipping and pickup options.
• Publish your listing and start selling!
5. How do I receive payments?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe Connect. Once a customer completes a purchase, payments will be sent directly to your connected account after processing.
6. Can I offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! You can choose between shipping, local pickup, or personal delivery. Simply set your preferences in your vendor dashboard.
7. How do refunds and returns work?
As a vendor, you can set your own refund and return policies. Customers can request a return based on your policy, and refunds will be handled accordingly.
